Materials :
- 200 g dark chocolate couverture
- 150 g unsalted butter
- 3 eggs chicken
- 3 Chicken egg yolk
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g wheat flour, sifted
Complementary :
150 g dark couverture chocolate, chopped, melt
Steps :
Prepare the fruit 8 heat-resistant molds or form another round. Butter polish. Chop the chocolate, set aside 50 g for the field. Steam with the remaining brown butter until melted. Beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale. Enter the melted chocolate and stir well. Add the flour, stirring until blended. Pour the batter into the molds. Enter a few pieces of chocolate in the middle. Bake in hot oven 180 C for 30 minutes. Remove, allow to cool slightly. Sprinkle the surface with melted chocolate.
